Custom Recruitment Specialist - Expert Networks (Remote)

The Custom Recruitment Specialist is responsible for creating and executing a custom recruitment plan on allocated expert network projects, ensuring its successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines. The Custom Recruitment Specialist will recruit healthcare industry professionals and non-clinical stakeholders via active client projects, as well as building out M3’s network of experts on a strategic and proactive basis. The role includes candidate recruitment via desk research, LinkedIn, email, and phone, as well as calling to confirm and re-screen respondents. The specialist must have excellent understanding of custom recruitment strategies, build custom recruitment plans, liaise with other teams, and proactively seek alternative recruitment strategies.
