Director, Learning, Experience and Culture

As Director of Learning, Experience & Culture, you'll lead the innovation and product strategy that creates the experiences people remember. You'll own learning programs, cultural initiatives, and recognition systems as products— developing new ones and continuously improving them based on user feedback and data. Your work shapes not just what people learn, but how they actually belong, grow, and thrive at Sprout. This role involves leading end-to-end product strategy, designing and executing learning and experience products, and applying DEI and remote-first principles to ensure all learning programs create belonging.
