Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and play a hands-on role in pipeline generation, deal strategy, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, you’ll shape a repeatable sales engine, close key deals, and drive alignment across GTM teams. You'll manage, coach, and scale a team of quota-carrying AEs, drive outbound sales efforts and support full-cycle enterprise deals. The manager will collaborate with Marketing and Product on GTM messaging and campaigns. They will also track performance and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot and support hiring, onboarding, and career development for the sales team.
