Marketing Operation Specialist

The Role:

• We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to keep our marketing function accurate and efficient.
• You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and maintain the data, budgets, trackers, and processes behind our campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain marketing budgets and trackers, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Improve marketing data quality by updating contact records, removing duplicates, and processing out-of-office responses.
• Support campaign operations by organizing data, briefs, and assets to meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Confidence using Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
