Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and overall health of the HubSpot CRM system.
- Manage and audit contacts, companies, deals, activities, and pipeline stages.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or inactive records.
Sales Development & Sales Team Support:
- Create, manage, and optimize SDR outreach sequences and lead nurturing workflows.
- Support outbound prospecting through account research and database organization.
- Help maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline visibility.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and operational reporting tools.
- Fulfill reporting requests related to sales activity and pipeline performance.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business objectives.
