Virtru is seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Senior Sales Director to drive the sale of Virtru’s cutting-edge data-centric security software across our entire portfolio. Responsibilities include strategic account development and management, revenue growth and sales execution, and high-level relationship building.
The Senior Sales Director will develop and execute strategic plans, overachieve sales goals, and build relationships with key decision-makers. They will partner with internal teams, manage business plans, and collaborate with marketing to drive brand recognition.
In addition to evangelizing products and maintaining documentation, the role requires 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience, deep security industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency with Salesforce is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree.
