Role Summary:
- The Senior Director will transform Sophos's SecOps pricing function by building a centralized team and disciplined operating cadence.
- This build role includes designing the target operating model, standing up the team, and giving senior leadership early visibility into market shifts.
- The role requires a strong dotted-line partnership with the Network Security group to keep pricing decisions aligned.
What You Will Do:
- Design and build a centralized Pricing Operations function with clear ownership of strategy, analytics, and deal support.
- Define and implement a segment-aware pricing cadence and stand up a pricing council with governance model.
- Direct the build-out of AI-assisted capabilities for competitor pricing analysis and market alerts.
What You Will Bring:
- Track record of building or transforming pricing, revenue operations, or deal desk functions at B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience leading organizational change and standing up new governance models.
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with sales, finance, and executive stakeholders.
