Job Description

As the main point of contact and trusted advisor, the Account Manager will nurture client relationships, understand their business goals, and define technology needs. Collaborating closely with clients, the Account Manager will provide guidance on how Outliant's solutions can help them achieve their business goals and customer acquisition strategies. Responsibilities include developing account plans, acting as a strategic partner by communicating effectively with stakeholders, aligning internal teams, and anticipating market trends. The position also requires experience in identifying growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
