The Financial Crime, Fraud & Disputes Collective’s mission is to earn and keep customers’ trust, support Monzo’s safe growth, and contribute to building a safer society. The Fraud Operations are crucial to the success of this mission. Monzo is looking for an exceptional leader to join the leadership team as a Senior Fraud Operations Manager, leading a large team of c1000 people which includes highly skilled fraud investigators, team managers and operations managers. You’ll be leading them and their teams to achieve their professional development goals, support customers who have reported fraud, and deliver on Monzo's fraud strategy.
