The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will be a key early member of a team, focused on enabling Sales teams and accelerating revenue growth. They will help coach sellers through relevant DoiT policies and finding creative paths to win commercially. The ideal candidate balances creative deal structuring, attention to detail, and relationship management and is a strong self starter, willing to work independently to develop the Deal Desk program. Responsibilities include analyzing deal terms, risks, and opportunities, providing guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract terms, and managing the approval process for non-standard terms.
The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will partner with Sales teams to determine general pricing guidance and review prepared quotes, lead deal reviews, and partner with Legal to drive contracts to completion. They also actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and develop the Deal Desk Playbook. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops at a high growth tech company, proven track record of enabling Sales teams, superior analytical skills, and effective communication.
