As a people-focused and engaging HR Partner, you'll build strong relationships and shape a positive workplace culture. You will provide HR support, drive strategic initiatives, and work with senior stakeholders. This role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, coaching leaders, and championing wellbeing and DEI agendas.
You will lead change initiatives, manage complex ER cases, and facilitate talent management. You will also drive performance management, use data insights, and manage retention and absence. This is an opportunity to develop partnering skills and take on a varied, impactful role.
