Essential Duties:

• Write and maintain product user guides, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
• Design curricula for instructor-led and self-paced training paths.
• Deliver live training sessions, webinars, and workshops to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in customer education, training, technical writing, or success.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
