• You'll be paid to share your expertise through short tests, surveys, and interviews.
• Sessions typically pay up to $200 per hour and require one hour of uninterrupted work.

What You'll Bring:

• Director-level or above experience in HR, People Operations, or a related function.
• Deep domain knowledge in areas like HR Operations, Employee Relations, or ITSM/ESM platform selection.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills to provide nuanced expert insight.

What You'll Be Doing in the Role:

• Answering research questions on internal ticketing workflows, employee service requests, and people operations processes.
• Providing feedback on tools and workflows related to ITSM/ESM platforms in HR contexts.
• Participating in surveys and interviews to inform research into service management practices.
