You will be responsible for resolving post-payment disputes related to Workers' Compensation bills.
This includes provider outreach, negotiating disputed charges, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of post-payment Workers' Compensation bills, including state balance billing and UCR disputes.
Conduct proactive outreach to providers to explain payment methodologies and negotiate reductions.
Document all communications thoroughly and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation bills, medical billing, or insurance negotiations.
Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation reimbursement methodologies and state regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
