Helios Service Partners needs a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. They will maintain an average time-to-fill of 30 days and time-to-hire of 10 days to support business needs. This role ensures 80% retention of new hires within the first 30 days of employment, develops strong relationships with hiring managers and provides coaching, training, and process improvement support to hiring teams. The position requires delivering timely communication and recruitment updates, acting on hiring manager feedback, and leading projects focused on process optimization, recruitment strategy, and talent pipeline innovation. They must stay updated on best practices and recruitment trends, attend job fairs, and perform other duties as assigned.
