Director of Fintech & Benefits Partnerships

This role is for a Director of Fintech & Benefits Partnerships, focused on accelerating growth through indirect partnerships in the financial services and employee benefits sectors. Reporting to the COO, the Director will own business development efforts, identifying, pitching, and closing new consumer-facing distribution opportunities. The day-to-day involves identifying, developing, and closing high-impact indirect partnerships, owning the full BD lifecycle, and collaborating with sales, product, and marketing. The role requires representing AKKO externally and driving revenue performance through strategic partner development.
