As a Senior Back-End Engineer, you'll design, develop, and maintain the back end systems that power our products. You will work closely with front end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions. This role involves leading implementation of key product features, collaborating with front end developers to integrate user-facing elements with back end APIs, and mentoring junior engineers.

This role involves identifying, developing, and closing high-impact indirect partnerships that drive user acquisition through fintech and employee benefit platforms. The Director will own the full business development lifecycle, from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and closing distribution deals, and will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to align go-to-market plans and ensure successful implementation.
