The National Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our network of VAR partners across the country. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting VARs to ensure they are equipped to drive sales and meet our companyβs goals. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies that empower our partners and maximize our market presence.
The day-to-day includes identifying potential VAR partners, developing training materials, maintaining relationships with VAR partners, and working closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop strategies to empower VARs to maximize sales. Using our CRM to track VAR sales performance and collaborating with the executive team to develop long-term channel strategies are also key components.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience in channel management or sales, a strong understanding of VAR networks, and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
