Job Description
Ensure contract compliance for Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other agreements. Analyze, and revise various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements, ensuring they meet EPE's needs and comply with legal requirements. Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely approvals, execution, and adherence to obligations.
Keep detailed records of all contract-related documents and correspondence, maintaining an organized system of physical and digital contract records. Assess potential risks within contract terms and Monitor compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations. Contribute to process optimization initiatives using contract management software and AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and improve decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams and resolve inquiries.
