Mortgage Sales Recruiter

This is a recruiting position at RenoFi.

Recruiting:

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates.
• Engage with Sales leadership to understand priorities and resourcing needs.
• Provide timely and thoughtful feedback to candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with hiring managers and coach them on hiring best practices.
• Manage the talent pipeline and use data to inform hiring projections.
• Maintain the ATS and leverage RenoFi recruiting platforms.

Skills:

• Proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google Suite & ATS platforms.
