Controller Remote Finance / Full-time / Remote

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly close process, including multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite and the mechanics of consolidating our international subsidiary.
• Own financial reporting and the reporting package to leadership including flux analysis and financial statements.
• Oversee equity administration and stock-based compensation accounting.

Revenue, Billing, & Reporting:

• Own the quote-to-cash process end to end, including billing configuration, revenue recognition, and improvement of scalable billing processes.
• Partner cross-functionally in evolving our billing and financial systems as the business grows.
• Own recurring MRR reporting used for commissions and bank reporting.

Audit, Internal Controls & Compliance:

• Own the annual financial statement audit end-to-end, including readiness, PBC coordination, and controls-testing preparation with our external auditors.
• Own and strengthen the internal control environment across financial reporting and key operational processes.
• Own our multi-jurisdiction sales & use tax compliance program, including active audits.
