Create and refine recommended talk tracks, email templates, call scripts, and objection handling guides to improve outreach conversion and candidate quality. Monitor outreach performance and call quality, providing insights or resources to help reps improve results. Own and execute candidate outreach at the top of the funnel, introducing prospective independent and nonpartisan candidates to GoodParty.org and sparking their interest in running for office using our tools. Drive initial engagement by clearly communicating our mission, platform benefits, and the unique value of running independently with GoodParty.orgβs support. Manage a high-volume outreach pipeline in HubSpot, maintaining accurate records, tracking engagement, and ensuring consistent, personalized follow-ups. When bandwidth allows, make outreach calls to contribute to top-of-funnel goals. Pilot and implement new messaging strategies, tools, and AI enhancements β testing what works and scaling what doesnβt across the team. Share top-of-funnel insights with internal teams to help inform platform positioning, marketing strategy, candidate personas, and product messaging. Report to the Senior Sales Manager who currently oversees all of our sales teams.
