Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager leads the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. The role requires serving as a strategic talent advisor for Medication Management and Corporate positions, and the development and execution of recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s short- and long-term growth plans and hiring forecasts. This role oversees Recruitment Marketing initiatives and manages relationships with job boards and advertising partners.
