Responsibilities:
- Translate business and HR operational needs into scalable, compliant technology and process solutions.
- Generate and validate recurring and ad hoc reporting to support HR metrics, compliance, and business insights.
- Proactively audit HR data and support internal and external audits through documentation, data extracts, and evidence.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, systems, or analytics roles, proficient in Microsoft Suite and standard HR systems.
- Experience supporting global teams, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high integrity.
