Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange audits, oversee certification and 2nd party audit processes end-to-end in line with program requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program operational requirements and contribute to process improvements.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and scheme owners to ensure timely and compliant certification services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, food science, quality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Additional Information:
- Position is full-time, remote, Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 with additional hours as needed.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
