Manager, Global Investigator Grants (LATAM)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as financial lead on project teams from a grant administration perspective.
• Oversee grant administration team including budget management and payment processing.
• Create investigator grant workbooks and contribute to month-end close reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with clinical trial payment process, agreements, and site budgets.

Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of grant administration and site contracting on a global basis.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
