What You’ll Do:

• Configure, deploy, and validate client environments supporting SaaS upgrade programs.
• Execute end-to-end application upgrades including deployments, configuration, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, databases, and infrastructure components.

What You Bring:

• Mid-level experience supporting enterprise software implementations or SaaS upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Sybase.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills.
