Job Description
Sales is scaling faster than our formal enablement and product-marketing capacity, requiring a dedicated individual. This role focuses on driving GTM programs and creating assets to close deals. Responsibilities involve building and managing the GTM program roadmap, collaborating with Product Marketing to develop positioning and collateral, and translating it into rep-ready enablement materials like playbooks and talk tracks.
The manager will also project-manage cross-functional initiatives, define KPIs, and own onboarding & continuous education for AEs/SDRs. Acting as a "mini-Chief-of-Staff" to the Revenue Org, they will surface risks, propose experiments, and keep leadership unblocked, with focus on impacting a fast-growing, profitable company.
