What You’ll Do:
- Own, develop, and administer the Axuall Salesforce.com environment, including data model, workflows, validation rules, reporting, and overall system integrity
- Own pipeline reporting and forecasting, including waterfall analysis, stage conversion tracking, and opportunity health scoring
- Generate strategic sales insights by identifying pipeline risks, deal patterns, and performance trends that influence win rates and forecast accuracy
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including administration, workflow design, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pipeline data, identify risks, and drive actionable insights
