Job Description
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will plan and coordinate the logistics of new prospects onboarding, lead communication with various stakeholders, and create a clear process that explains onboarding at each network level, while scheduling and coordinating onboarding activities, providing guidance to new prospects. You'll also ensure completion of cases, follow legal and administrative compliance, assist new prospects with paperwork, and audit data.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in project management, experience with project management tools, knowledge of tracking integration, strong communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
