Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and optimize automated email, SMS, direct mail, and chat nurturing campaigns
  • Manage day‑to‑day automation activities including creative setup, QA, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
  • Support project organization, timelines, and asset coordination across nurturing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum three (3) years relevant marketing strategy and/or Customer experience/relationship management experience (required)
  • Minimum (1) one year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within higher-education or demand-generation environments (required)

  • Apply knowledge and skills to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with peers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy in interactions

Abilities:

  • Ability to build and manage automated workflows across email, SMS, direct mail, and chat platforms
  • Ability to use automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Slate, Braze, etc.)
  • Ability to perform QA, troubleshoot rendering issues, and ensure proper campaign functionality
