Accountabilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers through ticketing, video, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving software configurations, integrations, networking, and system architecture.
- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation and knowledge base content.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or supporting complex enterprise software.
- Strong programming experience with Python and familiarity with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with data ecosystems, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
