What You'll Do:
- Guide customers from contract signature through setup, go-live, and first audit.
- Translate customer goals into clear milestones and actionable plans.
- Maintain momentum through regular progress reviews and risk surfacing.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent B.Tech in cybersecurity or related, or MBA in ITBM.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and organize ambiguous problems.
- General knowledge of cloud, SaaS, APIs, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
