Job Description
Solution Design and Implementation:
-Lead technical discovery sessions to align customer needs with Spreedly's capabilities.
-Translate business and technical needs into actionable solution proposals.
-Develop reusable demo environments and templates to support sales conversations.
Technical Expertise and Collaboration:
-Serve as a technical expert in RFPs, security reviews, and compliance questionnaires.
-Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation handoffs.
-Educate internal teams on platform capabilities, integration patterns, and sales enablement materials.
Customer Engagement and Communication:
-Deliver compelling demos, architecture diagrams, and documentation for sales.
-Simplify complex technical topics to guide customer decision-making.
-Comfortable owning discovery and demo stages in an enterprise sales motion.
