The Sales Development Representative will support Instructure's EdTech companies in North America. This role combines both inbound and outbound responsibilities. The candidate should have a growth mindset, be coachable, and quality-focused. Responsibilities include generating quality conversations and pipeline for the Sales team. Candidates should be team players, problem solvers, and resilient. Excellent time management skills are essential. The position requires a track record of success as an Outbound and Inbound SDR, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms.
