Job Overview:
- Penguin Random House seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for its Strategic Projects group.
- The role partners with operational and publishing groups to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with business leaders to define scope, goals, and requirements.
- Manage cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, technology, supply chain, and operations.
- Use project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, and MS Planner.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management, consulting, or relevant experience.
- Background in publishing, entertainment, or consumer products is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or enterprise applications preferred.
Additional Information:
- Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Eligible for annual profit award or bonus.
