Job Description
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on AI implementation, guiding clients through the deployment of AI-powered superhuman agents. This role combines project management, solution implementation, and strategic advisory skills to ensure customers achieve maximum value. The CSM will work closely with customers, internal product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee onboarding, manage implementations, provide thought leadership, and help customers scale their AI-driven initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading customers through the implementation lifecycle, translating customer goals into plans, partnering with technical teams, managing multiple engagements, driving cross-functional alignment, providing strategic guidance, identifying opportunities for expansion, and being the voice of the customer internally.
