Job Description

Binance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a part of a client-facing business function where exceptional support is the priority. As part of the Customer Service team, the representative will handle high volume live chat and other online tools, provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information, and manage complaints, while following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. The role also requires supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests, and going the extra mile to engage customers. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce, and have a college degree or above. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required and the candidate should be passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts.
