Dispatcher/Router Combo

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers to incoming service calls by considering customer requirements, driver locations, and operational priorities.
• Optimize routes in collaboration with local sites and service teams to balance responsiveness, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor driver movements and route progress to ensure services are completed and identify potential issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 6 months of relevant work experience in operations, dispatch, or logistics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize under time pressure.
• Must be legally able to live and work in Canada and willing to work varying shifts including potential overtime.

Benefits:
