About the Role:

• Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

. A hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution quality, supporting onboarding, HR documentation, HR systems, attendance, and benefits administration.

. Ensures processes run smoothly and data is always correct, suitable for someone valuing precision, consistency, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Need:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles.

. Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation.

. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

. Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows.

. Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

. Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion.
