Scrum Master

Role:

• Act as the main point of contact for the client and operationally steer the project from plan to delivery.
• Coordinate all parties involved, apply Scrum/XP and continuous improvement (Lean, Kanban), and ensure transparency through reporting.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent communication in French and English (C1), with the ability to engage all stakeholders.
• Interest in e-commerce value chains and technical integration (APIs, data) is a plus.
