Job Description
Help drive growth in our Public Library Channel, focusing on small to mid-sized libraries and supporting Account Managers with strategic growth in larger accounts. This role blends relationship management, pipeline building, and sales execution with strategic collaboration and customer support. Youβll work closely with a seasoned, mission-driven sales team and have a meaningful role in helping libraries increase access and impact through our unique formats.
Own a portfolio of small and mid-sized public library customers across the U.S., driving outreach, relationship development, and sales growth. Support Account Managers with top-tier accounts by coordinating follow-ups, quotes, product sampling, and campaign execution. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for your accountsβthrough outbound outreach, inbound lead response, email campaigns, and virtual presentations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer experience teams to identify trends and share feedback that strengthens our offerings. Maintain clean, accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM. Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas to help us evolve and grow our reach in the public library market.
