Job Description
Maven is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Team in the New York City office. This position will monitor, maintain, and support Maven’s computer systems, applications, and network. You will assist with the day-to-day support and operations of the IT team and Maven user base. As an IT Support Engineer at Maven, your core responsibilities include providing Level 1 technical support to our internal users, triaging incoming IT requests, escalating tickets to Level 2, and monitoring SLA policies. You will also support products such as Google Workspace, FreshService, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Jamf. The role involves maintaining asset management of Macbooks and IT inventory, helping with onboarding and offboarding, and supporting the Maven office environment. The compensation range for this role is $30 - $40 per hour. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
