Job Description

The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within C&W’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre. C&W’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region. This role will require the holder to operate in accordance with established and developing processes, material and management systems aimed at providing remote site management support to range of sites across the APAC region. The RSC will work either independently or as part of a team to provide site coordination services for the assigned portfolio. Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests via phone and email, ensuring timely, courteous, and professional responses while maintaining strong client relationships. Create, assign, and manage work orders for technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; organize and coordinate services to meet client needs. Support on-site Facilities Management teams, assess client needs, resolve issues using critical thinking, and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain productivity and quality standards, ensure accurate documentation, track client interactions, and adhere to KPIs, SLAs, and budget requirements. Attend client meetings, manage billing accuracy, contribute to OPEX budgeting, and maintain detailed site knowledge and records.
