We’re seeking a results-driven International Customer Success Manager to focus on strengthening relationships with our global clients while driving revenue growth within existing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and support. Your ability to deliver strong presentations, conduct multiple daily calls, and collaborate across teams will be key to your success.You will also proactively manage contract renewals, build trust-based relationships with global clients, and monitor client satisfaction.
