As an Operations Support Specialist, responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, and video; assisting tutors with account setup, student opportunities, product inquiries, scheduling conflicts, and payment questions; completing account updates and document reviews; and resolving technical issues. Also, monitoring live online classes, assisting instructors, addressing complaints, evaluating quality, and escalating issues that impede student learning.
