Director, Real World Data

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Understand the agency environment to design strategies and solutions for advertising, communications, medical, media, and commercial clients.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Managing Principal, Client, Sales Lead, and Operations team, maintaining consistent communication.
• Create delivery timelines, manage project scope, conduct quality control, and derive insights from claims data to create client presentations.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with existing biopharma clients to generate sales opportunities and identify new leads.
• Support the development of sales and pitch materials, positioning Real Chemistry in competitive selling situations.
• Assist in managing client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications and Fit:

• Requires 10+ years of experience using real-world data to develop cross-functional solutions in large organizations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD, etc.) strongly preferred in a related discipline.
• You are adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
