Supply Operations Analyst

This role will be part of the ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) team within Supply, which is responsible for maintaining our inventory, ensuring customers have access to the best rates, and providing strategic guidance to our sales team. As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will own intake on the ARI support board, ensuring all tasks accurately triaged and assigned within our SLAs. Complete all assigned tasks within SLA while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will take ownership of tickets. Tasks include onboarding a new property. Communication and turn around time are critical to delivering a best in class service to our internal and external customers. You should also maintain weekly and monthly dashboards tracking performance across ARI intake requests, create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ARI SOPs and operational workflows.
