Associate Technical Portfolio Analyst Intern

Assist in enhancing and maintaining Accelerator content based on customer feedback and new product capabilities.

• Work with Portfolio Managers to gain insights into ServiceNow Impact Accelerators.
• Execute content updates for Accelerators based on evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with product experts to understand and incorporate new products and platform features.

Support the creation of Impact Accelerators to unlock business value.

• Assist in developing engagement flows and delivery materials for Accelerators.
• Support technical automations related to Accelerator delivery.
• Conduct product research with internal partners to identify new technical accelerators.

Assist in partnering with global Accelerator Consultants.

• Enable Accelerator Consultants and Impact Squad members in delivering Accelerators.
• Provide support to ensure consultants have the resources they need.
• Assist in organizing and executing product research with internal product partners.
