Job Description
As the Client Success Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, addressing escalated issues, and collaborating with the broader team to resolve them efficiently. Managing client outlooks and aligning expectations with both in-house and partner Payroll Services Teams is crucial. Consistent communication with Clients, Stakeholders, Partners, and Managers is expected.
Regular service review meetings with PA Clients, ensuring agendas are set, minutes recorded, and action items followed up on, are key responsibilities. Gathering, reporting, and managing Client Satisfaction data is also essential. Demonstrating strong ownership in resolving issues by investigating thoroughly, sharing knowledge, and communicating clearly with clients is a must. Building lasting, beneficial relationships within the Client Community is vital for enhancing the client experience and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery as per client SLAs.
